Once on Page 2, select your business type, and confirm you have gathered the required materials to begin the application.

  • If you've got all the necessary paperwork in order, you can breeze through the application in under 15 minutes.

  • The main document needed is a Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue issued within the last six months.

  • Please speak to us first if you have less than 3 trainees for each course.

  • “Information from the Express Directory for all courses” requirement will be provided below.

  • The exact schedule will be determined upon grant approval.

How many MA W-2 payroll trainees are in this group? We recommend 3-10

  • Please speak to us first if you have less than 3 trainees per group.

Course Type: Per Group (Flat Rate, charged per group)

Price Per Course: $1,500 (the total cost of 10 courses will be $15,000)

  • If you have applied for fewer than 10 courses, please utilize the standard pricing of $1,500 per course, and ensure that the total grant amount requested does not exceed $15,000.

  • Review: Your application will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 21 days.

  • Rejection: Applications with an unsatisfactory screening will be notified within 7 business days.

  • Approval: You will be issued a Service Agreement to sign digitally. Forward your approval letters to jeff@momentium.energy. We will coordinate our next meeting with you after this step.
