Jeff Tsai is a consultant known as an "Unsticker of Things, Operations Strategist, Completions Specialist, and Business Visionary’s Secret Weapon.” He is the Founder of Operation Ninjas, a consulting firm that helps C-Level Executives, Business Owners, Visionaries, Creators, and Innovators break free from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and burdened by unfinished projects. His work empowers clients to realize their visions and achieve tangible results.

Jeff serves on the Advisory Board of the Node Institute, which empowers AAPI nonprofits through community and entrepreneurship, and has led impactful retreats for groups like Gold House and Asian American Futures. He also advises Sunny Side, a mental wellness app focused on closing mental health access gaps.

Jeff has held leadership roles in several influential organizations, including Vice President of the ACE NextGen SoCal Chapter, following his term on the local Chapter Board, and later as National Staff Operations Manager. With over 10,000 members across 10 chapters, ACE NextGen plays a vital role in supporting AAPI entrepreneurs in building lasting relationships, wealth, and community.

Previously, Jeff has also contributed to Project by Project, which has raised nearly $1M and provided 50,000+ volunteer hours for annually themed causes. He was Vice President of Taiwanese American Professionals (TAP) and Chair of Board Development for the Asian Professional Exchange (APEX). As a UCSC graduate in Ecology and Evolution, he began his community-building journey as Co-President of the Chinese Student Association, increasing event production by 300% compared to the previous year. He later applied his academic background to specialize in creating functional and effective workplace environments.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys strategy games, reading history books, and traveling. These activities help him maintain diverse perspectives, which he integrates into his work with clients and in his personal life.
