Kevin Felix Chan is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and community leader specializing in helping businesses and organizations achieve scale.

Kevin is a Co-Founder and Chief Education Officer at Momentium, a consulting agency that provides full-service workforce transformation through the development of company culture and core values, executive and leadership training, teamwide strategic alignment, and implementation of systems that scale an organization.

As an entrepreneur, Kevin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Best Delegate, an education company that is considered the world’s leading provider of Model United Nations programs and resources to K-12 students and teachers. He has taught Model UN programs in 20 countries, worked with clients including the United Nations and governments, and introduced United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon at the UN General Assembly Hall in New York.

As a community leader, Kevin serves as the Executive Director of ACE NextGen, a program branch of the National Asian American Pacific Islander Chamber of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ACE). ACE NextGen supports the growth of over 10,300 young Asian American and Pacific Islander entrepreneurs through conferences, retreats, chapter events, and other programs.

In addition, Kevin serves as the current President of the Los Angeles Chapter Board of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), an organization with 13,000 members worldwide. He oversaw a calendar of over 50 professional and personal development events and achieved the highest membership growth in the US West region during his term.

Kevin is also an angel investor in several startups, a speaker at various events, and the recipient of the Pathfinder Award for giving back to the community. His company, Best Delegate, was recognized in the Bruin Business 100 List of top companies founded by UCLA alumni.

Kevin started his career at AT&T in their Leadership Development Program and held management roles in sales, operations, and marketing.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA. He earned a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University and completed Executive Education from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Kevin has traveled to over 60 countries and lives in Los Angeles, California.
